A RAIL-TO-RAIL
CMOS OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER
The mini-analog series is a family of standard analog circuits available
in ultra-small packages.
The S-8944xA/B series is an internally compensated CMOS operational
amplifier which provides rail-to-rail operation on both the input and output
intended for use in battery-powered compact portable devices. The
output can swing within 50mV of each rail with R
L
=100k
.
Low voltage operation and low current consumption as low as 0.9V and
0.5
A (typ.) can add unique features which can not be achieved by other
standard operational amplifiers to the application.
The S-8944xA is a single operational amplifier available in miniature
SC-88A package. The S-8944xB is a dual operational amplifier available
in newly developed 8-pin SON(A) package.
