PD789841, 789842
The
PD789841 and
PD789842 are
PD789842 subseries products of the 78K/0S series.
These microcontrollers incorporate an inverter control timer being suitable for controlling general-purpose
inverters.
The
PD78F9842, a product with on-chip flash memory which can operate on the same supply voltage as for
masked ROM products and various development tools are also under development.
Detailed descriptions of their functions, etc., are given in the following user's manuals. Be sure to
read them for design purposes.
