Description

Two models are provided, to cover the frequency
range of 2-18 GHz, in two bands: 2-6GHz
(Model DA-26-4) and 6-18Ghz Model DA-618-4).
Both models are 4-bit digitally controlled, with a
dynamic range of 15dB.

The units are designed in microstrip, using PIN
diodes to switch ceramic film resistor elements.
The units have SMA connectors and solder feed-
through bias terminals.
They are intended for military, including airborne,
